Problems
Complications can occur during pregnancy. We know that even minor complications can cause significant concern. That's why we're always here for you, to answer your questions and offer the best treatment for you.
Treating complications begins with our specialized care. If needed, a referral to a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist (MFM) will be made. MFM's are obstetrician/gynecologists with advanced training in obstetrics, and genetics, and surgical complications of pregnancy and their effects on both the mother and fetus. Houston Perinatal Group is very convenient for such purposes, and is also available for such diagnostic testing as early amniocentesis, and genetic counseling if indicated for a patient of ours that has a history indicating more detailed testing
Our ultrasound technician is accredited. This accreditation is the hallmark of a practice that meets the standards of patient care, including the consistent demonstration of medical excellence and dedication to keeping current with ultrasound technology.
